So this took longer than expected…

It’s been a long time since I’ve last updated.  Since then I’ve been uber-busy and I haven’t quite finished anything.  The tutorial section is up and running, though there are only two working tutorials right now.  I’ve been keeping busy with a few projects, and school.

On another note, my hard drive crashed right after thanksgiving.  Thankfully I still had apple care, so I took it to the apple store and left it there.  I didn’t get a call for 4 days.  I called up the store and they hadn’t located a hard drive.  I called up apple care, and after a few minutes on the phone with some guy named Chris, I found out that they didn’t have any of my hard drives in the US.  So, instead, I got a brand new computer.  And on top of everything else, my backup never actually backed-up.  And I’m still in the process of selecting which external hard drive to get.  Unfortunately, the mac formatted drives are a lot more expensive than the windows one.  Aside from the fact that it has firewire built in, I can’t see why.  It doesn’t come with the software that the windows models come with, leaving all 320Gb available for use.  And it’s almost twice as much.

On the other hand, I’m just starting the process of getting a summer job.  I’ve edited my resume and I need to send it out.  I just haven’t gotten around to printing and writing cover letters just yet.  I’ll keep you updated, but I’m hoping to work at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.  We’ll see what happens.

And I’ll try to finish this once I get photoshop back.  It’s in the mail and I’ll have it wednesday!  I now realize that you can’t read comments very well, but I never really got around to fixing that.  It’s top on my priority list!
